Order by Fax
Faxed orders are our preferred method. These
can be submitted by;
- Downloading and completing our fax order form.
The Covetek fax order form can be downloaded by

- Sending the fax to (02) 9404 8999. Outside
Australia 612 9404 8999.
Order by Email
You can email your order to
info@covetek.com.au, but please don't include
credit card details or other personal details in the
email.

Terms and Conditions
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and
agrees to the following:-
- Covetek does not have a refund policy.
- All products come with 12 Months warranty.
(Please see warranty statement)
- Subject to availability, all Australian orders
are processed within a week.
- Freight is an additional charge to the product
cost.
- Correct & complete delivery instructions, are
purchaser's responsibility.
- All deliveries must be to a street address and
will be despatched by courier.
- Deliveries will not be left without an
authorised signature unless we have written
instructions to the contrary.
